* The flat is on the 4th floor (no lift, so a bit of daily cardio 💪)

* ~12 min walk to Canary Wharf station
* ~10 min walk to Heron Quays DLR station
* Close to shops, supermarkets, and everything you might need

* Available from 28th April (flexible)
* Tenancy runs until July 2027
* Bright double room with:
* En-suite bathroom 🚿
* Double bed
* 2 wardrobes (1 built-in)
* Bedside table
* Optional: chest of drawers available to purchase from me

👩‍💻 Flatmate

* Female, 25, works an office job (usually out during the day)
* Friendly, easygoing, and clean
* Occasionally has friends over but always respectful of shared spaces

🐱 Pets

* There are 2 cats in the flat, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with them
