About me:
I'm a professional woman, and I live predominantly abroad - so you'd often have the place to yourself. When I'm home I'm pretty low-key: love yoga, play chess, enjoy a quiet evening. Tidy, respectful, easy to live with.

Looking for:
• A female professional (with stable income and a full time job; your gross annual salary must be at least 2.5 times the total annual rent)
• Clean and tidy - this is the big one !!! Please be the kind of person who cleans up properly after cooking and keeps shared spaces respectful
• Considerate, drama-free, happy to say hi but also values their own space
• No smokers, no vapers (very important)

Bills: roughly £250–300/month pp in winter (covers council tax, utilities, internet, water). A bit less in summer.

Re Pets: I don't mind at all, however, you will need to agree with the landlady.
