Double Bedroom (incl. all bills)

Hello,

I am letting my double bedroom for a minimum of three months. This is normally occupied by my younger brother who is going away form the UK as he has just finished his university.

I am a working professional and landlord of this property, you will be expected to share the kitchen and bathroom with me. I have a cleaner who comes in once a week to clean the property, whose price is included in the bills.

Additionally there is also WIFI, and any council tax that is included in the bills.

I do not have many requirements in terms of a flatmate, but just leave the common areas relatively clean, not be very loud after 11:30 pm.

This is for a minimum of three months, but if you would like to extend for further, I am happy have a conversation later in the tenancy.

I do have plenty of cooking utensils and appliances and do not mind sharing these, however, if you are particular, there is plenty of space in the kitchen to separate.

This property is in New Providence Wharf, which is under 15 mins from all - Jubilee line, DLR and Elizabeth line by walk. There is also a bus that takes you to the Jubilee line in 5 mins from right outside the house every 30 or so mins. There are a convenience store right outside the house and Morrisons and Waitrose in walking distance.

Again, this is including all the bills, you are only expected to pay the rent.
