We are recent Master’s graduates from the London School of Economics and are currently based in London.
We’re looking for a third flatmate to join us in a lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Canary Wharf (E14).
A bit about us: we’re friendly, tidy, and respectful professionals who enjoy a clean and comfortable living environment. We’re non-smokers, have no pets and like maintaining a good balance between socialising and having our own space. Outside of work, you’ll usually find us doing yoga, exploring London, dancing or catching up on the latest Netflix series. We cook a lot at home and like having friends over to share a meal occasionally.
The room available is a spacious double bedroom with an ensuite. It’s available for 1365 (excluding bills). Bills come to around 150 / month per person.
The flat is really lovely with bright open-plan living and kitchen area with integrated appliances. It also has a 24-hour concierge and lift.
The location is fantastic. 4 min walk from South Quay DLR, 10 min walk from Jubilee line of Canary Wharf and 15 min walk from Elizabeth lines.
The room is available from 15 July 2026 and we are hoping to finalise the tenancy and sign contracts as soon as possible. So we’re looking for someone who can move quickly if it feels like a good fit.
