I am looking for a flatmate to share my furnished 1-bedroom apartment in Canary Wharf, 10 mins away from Bank Street.

The apartment has:

* A spacious bedroom (available for the new tenant)

* A fully equipped kitchen

* All essential electrical appliances and furniture
* 1 GBPS WiFi

I currently live in the living room as I am rarely at home, so the bedroom is completely available for you.

I am looking for someone genuine, friendly, and respectful. It would be great to share the apartment with someone who can also become a good friend.

Rent:

* £900 per month (excluding bills)
* £1,000 per month (including all bills)
* £1,000 security deposit
