The room is one of three double bedrooms within the property. We've decided to split the rent based on room size, so the pricing reflects the space available in each room. This room is ~10 square meters.

That said, we're both busy professionals and completely respect personal space, boundaries, and downtime. Nobody is expected to socialise all the time - we simply want to create a relaxed environment where people enjoy living together.
