Description
I'm moving out of the flat mid-July and looking for a replacement tenant for my room
The room 🛏️
- Very spacious double bedroom, comes with a big bed, drawers (in the corner), bed side tables and a big integrated wardrobe
- South facing with tons of light
- En-suite bathroom with a bathtub
The flat 🏡
- It's a very spacious flat (88 sq m, over 940 sq ft) where most windows are south facing so you get a lot of light, the living room is massive, there's a balcony and a very big storage room.
- Kitchen is well equipped with a full size fridge, a new dishwasher (was replaced a week ago), a washing machine (was also serviced a week ago), oven and an electric hob.
- It's located in Wood Wharf, only 10 minutes walk from both Elizabeth line and Jubilee line Canary Wharf station. There's also the DLR Blackwall station 7 minutes away.
- It's also very peaceful and quiet, no big roads around, only the docks and the birds.
- 24/7 concierge where you can collect the packages
Flatmate 🕺🏻
Your flatmate would be Kos, he's a super fun, energetic and kind guy, great vibes. He works in fashion for Victoria Beckham (you can peep him on the netflix show, he's a star!). He works full time from an office so if you WFH you will have the flat to yourself.
About you 🙌🏼
- You will need to pass the affordability check (either a working professional ideally over 30k a year or have a UK based guarantor)
- Don’t mind occasional friends at the house (you can discuss rules with Kos but previously we would be okay with having friends dinners and having people over)
- LGBTQA+ or an ally, this is a queer household so you would need to respect that
- Sorry no couples or sharing

- Water bill is included in rent
- Council tax band is E (£187/month, £93 each)
- Electricity is currently with Octopus and comes down to £168/month (£84 each)
- High speed internet fibre 150Mb £15/month total
Works disclaimer ⚒️
There are works planned outside of this building to replace the balcony flooring (fire safety), there’s no date as they haven’t been approved yet but they might start in the winter. They use clear netting to minimise the effect, only workdays until 4 and loud works only during specific times of the day. It would last around 5 months.
