The room is a large master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom in a modern development close to South Quay and Canary Wharf.

Gas & electricity are currently approximately £138/month for the entire flat and are under review due to the property being largely unoccupied.
Council tax is currently subject to a separate application due to the building works.

-Important note about the building -

For full transparency, the apartment is located at New Atlas Wharf, which is currently undergoing planned remediation/cladding works.

As a result, residents are temporarily accommodated nearby in serviced accommodation (which is the one you see in the pictures) while the works are completed, with the intention of returning to the apartment once the building is ready - (estimated between 2028-2030).
