* Is clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces
* Is a non-smoker
* Values a peaceful and respectful home environment

Occasional guests are absolutely fine, but I'd prefer someone who doesn't regularly host parties or frequent overnight visitors without discussing it beforehand. The aim is to maintain a comfortable home rather than a party flat.
