Double room in 2 bed flat near Canary Wharf

I have available a lovely double room that has been recently refurbished and has had all new furniture fitted. There is a king size bed with a high quality memory foam mattress, a huge wardrobe that will take a massive amount of clothes, a 5 drawer chest of drawers, a glass top desk and a chair. There is also a very nice cream carpet fitted.

The flat ideally located for Canary Wharf as it only takes 15 minutes to walk into Canary Wharf. The closest DLR station, Langdon Park, is only 2 minutes walk away. The DLR links directly to Stratford or Canary Wharf and you can change at Poplar for Bank.

The flat has been partly refurbished. There is a seperate bathroom and toilet.
As I own the property I made sure that the quality of the furniture is very good and always keep it clean and tidy.
The flat is located on the second floor and the bedrooms are overlooking a park so it is very quiet.

With regards to myself, I am a professional and I work typically from 9-7 every day.
I go to the cinema and the gym and occasionally I like to go out for drinks or dinner with friends.
I am very easy going and friendly and get on very well with people.
I like to keep the flat clean and tidy at all times and I am looking for someone who feels exctly the same way.
My girlfriend also lives with me and we get on very well with the tenants. Our previous tenant lived here for four years and left because his PhD finished and he went back home.
We really like to create a comfortable environment where we can all relax and really feel like home.

The following bills are included in the rent: electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax (basically the rent is inclusive of all bills).

This is only a two bed flat so you will get a lot of privacy and personal space compared to a share with more people.
It is also a lot easier to keep the flat nice and clean. I like to keep the flat this way so it's nice and comfortable for everyone to enjoy.

I am looking for someone who is clean and easy going. I like to have interaction after work, maybe watch a movie or have some food, but again if you would like to keep to yourself I respect that as well.
