Single room in friendly houseshare

Me and 2 guys have found a gorgeous 4 bed flat in south quay/canary wharf (zone 2) and are looking for a fourth person to make the place complete!

About the flat/room up for grabs:
-Single room -£465 per month, plus bills (which, split between the 4 of us shouldn’t amount to any more than £60-70 per month)
-Very modern
-2 bathrooms (and so you would be sharing with only one other!)
-open plan kitchen/living area

About us:
We are 3 professionals, all in our early twenties, friendly, easy going and looking for another like minded guy/girl to join us. Kash and I used to work together and we met Jon via spare room; he is just about to move to London to start a job in recruitment. We work fairly long hours but are hoping to spend some evenings cooking/chilling together, heading out for drinks, watching a film and generally having a laugh.

We are all pretty new to London and each have busy lives and separate groups of friends but it would be great to find another friend/flatmate to enjoy the city with. Although we are young and like to have fun, we are also clean and tidy and so would like to share with somebody who respects that. We need to move in by 1st June but there is the possibility to be flexible if needed.
