PROPERTY DETAILS

The en-suite bathroom is immaculate & comes with a bath, shower, WC & basin plus built in mirrored cupboards and a heated towel-rail.

BEDROOM 3 - available 6th January
This is a large double room & comes fully furnished with a double bed including bedding if required, a bedside cabinet & a chest of drawers. There are also large fitted wardrobes for plenty of storage.

The apartment has a very spacious living area with a nice, social communal kitchen, lounge and separate dining area leading to a sunny balcony and is all decorated to a high standard. In the kitchen there are all the modern conveniences including; dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.

In the bathroom there is a bath, shower, WC & basin plus built in mirrored cupboards and a heated towel-rail.

Zone 2 South Quay DLR station is just round the corner then on to Canary Wharf and more shops, restaurants & bars. There are also more of the same on your doorstep.

The rent includes all bills, broadband and a cleaner. The only thing not included is the phone and any TV cable/satellite subscription although a TV and licence are provided.
