PROPERTY DETAILS

It's a very spacious, roomy apartment with very social communal areas. It also has a balcony & private courtyard if you like to be out in the open air.

The room is fully furnished & has a single bed, wardrobe & bedside cabinet.

The apartment has a huge kitchen and separate dining area overlooking a double height lounge below and is decorated to a high standard. In the kitchen there are all the modern conveniences including; dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.

There is a full pressure hot shower and bath, a basin with a mirrored cabinet above and WC. The bathroom is beautifully tiled.

The lounge is also a good size. It has a 3-seater sofa plus 2 comfy chairs, a TV and is very comfortable. It leads to the balcony if you need a breath of fresh air.

The whole house is fabulous & is a must-see.

The other tenants you would be living with are really friendly & would be very easy to live with.

Zone 2 Crossharbour DLR station is just across the street then 2 mins to Canary Wharf and more shops, restaurants & bars. There are also more of the same on your doorstep including a big supermarket.

The rent includes all bills, a cleaner. The only thing not included is the phone/broadband and any TV cable/satellite subscription although a TV and licence are provided. There is also an additional £12pcm included to cover the internet connection as requested by the current tenants.

I'm looking for a non-smoking, easy going professional who can fit in.

The deposit is 5 weeks rent.
