High quality large double room available in a modern flatshare on the Isle of Dogs close to Canary Wharf. This is for PROFESSIONALS looking for a great room and a place to call home.

Location and Transport:
The flat is next to the river on the West side of the Isle of Dogs on Westferry Road. 15-20mins walk to the centre of the Canary Wharf development (for Jubilee Line into Central London), or 5-10mins by frequent bus (135, D3, D7, N550 bus stop just outside of building). Alternatively 10mins walk to Crossharbour and Mudchute DLR stops. N550 night bus runs frequently from Central London if coming back late.

Quiet and pleasant local area. Right next to the river and Thames Path (can walk to Greenwich). 10-15mins walk from large 24hr Asda for groceries, with smaller convenience stores right on Westferry Road.

The Flat and Room:
The flat shares a large communal kitchen diner which contains all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine, x2 fridge freezers, microwave etc) and a breakfast bar. The lounge has a large flat screen TV, coffee table and comfy sofa chairs good for getting together with flatmates, and also a balcony leading off the kitchen/diner.

The room comes newly refurbished to high standard and modern decor, containing double bed, wardrobe, draws, and bed-side table. The room shares a bathroom with one other person.

Rate:
ALL bills included in the price so only pay one amount. This includes all utilities, council tax, and unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi). There is also a fortnightly cleaner than will clean all the communal areas.

Housemates:
This is a professional flatshare so we can therefore only consider working professionals. We are looking for a similar and friendly flatmate to fit into the flat since we value a harmonious and friendly home.
