Our current flatmate is moving on to new things in March, so we are looking for someone new to take over the second bedroom in this furnished double room.

The apartment is on the top floor and has stunning views of the Thames, O2 and surrounding dock and has communal areas including an open plan kitchen, living room and bathroom. The flat and kitchen are fully equipped with robot cleaner, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, air-frier, bread maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, top-notch coffee machine, pots & pans, glasses, cutlery etc.

Located only a 10-15 minute walk from Canary Wharf and 5-8min from Blackwall DLR station this apartment is ideal for commuting to the City and great for professionals working in Canary Wharf.

Bills:

Utility bills are approximately £150 per person/ per month Those include fast fiber broadband, council tax and electricity. Single occupancy but couples considered.

A bit about us:

I’m Nico, 36, originally from Greece and my partner Simone, 41, is originally from Italy.

I have a background in Economics & Finance but I recently moved to fine arts so you will get lots of creativity in the flat. We enjoy playing board games when we have free time, cooking and socialising.

A bit about you:

We are seeking a responsible, very clean and tidy flatmate and would love to find someone we can grab a beer or a coffee with occasionally, rather than just passing each other in the hallway!
