En-suite room with balcony (Lodger)

My name is Lydia, I am 28 years old, working in Risk for a music company in the city. I am sociable, enjoy watching movies at home, gym and dinners out.
I am looking for a quiet and tidy lodger who is independent.

About the rental:

The flat is about a 10 minute walk away from Canary Wharf station, and a 5 minute walk from Southquay DLR.

There is 24 hour concierge to take in parcels and ensure security.

The room is a double room and comes with a balcony overlooking the river and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is an office desk and chair in the bedroom.
There is a communal gym, hot tub, steam room and sauna on the ground floor to use free of charge.
The gym has a massage room in which you can book massages with Ofit sports clinic (standard massage pricing).

I also have an underground secure parking space which can be rented for an additional fee of £120 per calendar month, however a month warning will be required to access this.

The kitchen and living room area has a large wrap around balcony which also overlooks the river dock, with seats and table on the balcony, perfect for a summers day. (The room available for rent has a deck chair on the private balcony)

The photos of the living area I have uploaded have older furniture in which have been refreshed, I will look to upload new photos during the week to reflect this, but can give a video tour or in person tour too.
Please note that I am living in the flat and am the landlord - so this is my home :)

A little dog would be allowed if you are concerned about pet friendly, however anything larger would need to be assessed on a case by case basis.
