ALL inclusive of bills ie council tax, utilities, tv license, broadband etc. There are no extra hidden costs. 2 months rent will be needed, 1 of which is the bond and will be returned upon leaving. The deposit will be registered with the deposit scheme.

Should you want the room, a small deposit will be needed to secure the room and the room will then be taken off the market.

Viewings can be done during the lunch period (even if you are in the City) it's that close to get to.
