This is a professional houseshare so we are looking for a working professional who favours a clean and tidy space, is mature and wants to live in harmony with housemates who respect each other.

They are from: Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China

This room is fully furnished with bed, 3 doors wardrobe, desk, chair and drawer .
Total 5 bedrooms in the house, maximum 5 people shared house. This room is not available to couples. single occupancy only.
There is one bathroom and one toilet that are separated.( for 5 people used )
There is no living room in the house, but there is a spacious back garden.

Rent: £790 ( including bills)
Bills including: council tax, water, electricity & gas , internet
One month's deposit +one month's rent in advance.

only 5 minutes walk to Canning Town station (Jubilee Line and DLR) , 3 minutes walk to DLR star line station .
Jubilee line 12 minutes to London Bridge, 20 minutes to Bond Street, only takes two stops to Stratford and Westfield shopping centre.
DLR takes 15 Minutes to Bank.
Multiple bus routes which is very convenient. There are supermarkets such as Morrison, Co-op, Superdrug, Iceland, Asian-Tian Tian supermarket, daily necessities store, pret, Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC, Subway, Library, post office!
