Lovely single room for rent in a modern flat. The flat is a quality new build and decorated and furnished to a high specification. The room has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of Drawers, and a seating area.

The property is a 2 bedroom flat and I am a live in landlord although I work away from home the majority of the month. There is a shared kitchen, living area and bathroom. The property had excellent views over London from the balcony and is on a high floor. Bills are included (broadband, heating etc) except the main landline which is not included.

The property is a 7-10 minute walk to Canning town station with access to the DLR and Jubilee line. The Elizabeth line at Custom House is 12-15 min walk away. The excel centre and London city airport are also very close.

There is no access to parking.

I am seeking a respectful, friendly lodger who is a professional (as this is my home). This room would be perfect for a professional seeking modern, quiet surroundings :).
