Good local amenities include supermarket Morrison, convenience/grocery store, coffee cafe, shops and restaurants. In addition, carwash and post office are just around the corner.

The block of flat building is safe, clean and well managed under a 24-hour CCTV monitor and also concierge service is in place.

There is a basement parking available but it's not a free facility, will pay at your own expense.
