I am the existing tenant in this large 2 bed flat in Royal Victoria. The flat is literally 3 mins away from Royal Victoria station (one stop from Canning Town on the DLR) and 7 mins walk from Custom House, which means you can be at Canary Wharf within 5mins with the Elizabeth Line.
The flat is in an ideal location with direct links into Tower Gateway, Canning Town and Canary Wharf.
My current flat mate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to replace her from 31 August 2025 (FEMALE ONLY). The room is fully furnished with bed, dresser and wardrobe. The bathroom has a tub rather than a shower as pictured.
I am looking for a flat mate who is clean and tidy, respectful and friendly. I am pretty easy going and social but will also respect your own space, I’m down to have meals together, if you’re up for it.
The rent is £1150 and is not negotiable! It’s not inclusive of bills but they come up to £150-200 a month. You will have to go through a background check and pay a deposit. Please do not message me if you cannot go through this process.
