Hi!

I'm looking for someone to replace me in a 2 bed, 2 bath flat in Canning Town! The rent is £1200 per month, including wifi and building amenities. Bills are an extra £150 approx a month (depending on usage).

The room is big enough for a desk. It is the non ensuite room, but both rooms are pretty much the same size and you wont have to share a bathroom

Early November move in (exact date flexible)

There is a shared living room and balcony in the flat, with a concierge, roof terrace, games room and small gym in the building included with rent. The development is super convenient and has a morrisons, pret, asian supermarket, mcdonalds, superdrug and some cafes.

Its a 1 min walk from Canning Town station (jubilee line, night tube, DLR)
10 mins to Canary Wharf
15 mins to London Bridge/bank

My flatmate works as a lawyer and mainly goes into the office!
