I am looking to sublet my room to FEMALES PREFERED in an ensuite room in a 2 bed, 2 bath flat in Canning Town! The rent for the ensuite room is £1400 per month, including bills. The room is big with a separate toilet. The place is available from 1st June to 30th June (Dates are flexible)

There is a shared living room and balcony in the flat, with a concierge, roof terrace, games room with Table tennis and Mini golf) , Co-working space, meeting room and small gym in the building included with rent. There is a Nespresso with free coffee with the co-working space included in the rent. The development is super convenient and has a morrisons, pret, asian supermarket, Mcdonalds, Superdrug and some cafes at a minute's walk. The Jubliee line/DLR and the bus station is 3minutes walking from the apartment building.
