Bedroom with bathroom and great view

Hello, we are looking for someone to rent our spare bedroom starting from mid September. Bills are included. It is a lovely room with corner window with a nice view, and you will have your own bathroom. Our apartment is less than 4 mins walk to Canning town station and you will pass grocery stores and coffee shops on the way so the area is very convenient. There is enough space for a desk in the room as our previous housemate had both a desk and piano in the room. Our apartment has lovely large windows in the living room with a balcony. There is also a nice communal garden below with water fountains and sometimes ducks too :) There is a secured bike rack in the basement as well

Some details about the surounding area - Just at our buildings entrance there is a gym and Co-op grocery store. Within 5 minutes walk there is a Morrisons, Sainsbury, Tian Tian (asian grocer), Superdrug, Bubble tea, starbucks, McDonald's, pret and lots more.

We are both pretty laid back though we would want a housemate who will be gentle with our home and not damage it. There are all the main facilities, washing/dryer machine, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, TV. We are looking for someone considerate, easy going, neat/clean. No house parties please.

I work from home and will work from a desk in the corner of the living room, I am an interior designer and my fiance works 2 days a week from home in our bedroom.
