We offer a 2-bedroom apartment in the vibrant Caxton quarter of Canning Town, just a 4-minute walk from the station. The spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is available. Beneath the apartment, you'll find a climbing wall and a meditation center. Additionally, you'll have convenient access to amenities such as Morrisons and Tian Tian.

We are a tidy and considerate couple who value personal space and are seeking a like-minded individual. We're looking for someone (preferably East Asian) who is easy to get along with, respectful of others, and values open communication; not the party type at all - more board games than cocktails if that gives you an idea. We will be quite selective in our choice of a housemate because finding the right fit is more important to us than rushing into a rental arrangement.

The rental period is for 12 months, followed by a 2-month rolling contract. The monthly rent is fixed at £1,400, and it includes all bills and council tax.

The available room is brand new and spacious, furnished with a King-size bed (Simba mattress), a work desk with a chair, a large wardrobe, and an immaculate ensuite bathroom. We're also open to sharing cutlery and appliances, minimizing the need for additional household purchases.
