Double Room with exclusive bathroom

Flatmates
We are live-in owners in an en-suite room adjacent to the living room. We are Scottish and Chinese so the culture at home is quite mixed. We both have professional jobs but work from home the majority of the time.

We have a 2 year old border collie so you absolutely must be okay with a dog; he is friendly and playful, he loves to happily greet anyone coming home!
Apart from a greetings home, he doesn't bother the occupant unless they offer to play.

The room
- All bills included in price
- A bright and spacious double room with a full sized window, overlooking the entrance to the building
- Exclusive access to a large bathroom
- The room has full length curtains instead of blinds now

The rest of the flat
- Shared kitchen/dining area
- No use of rest of the living room area as we work here
- Shared use of washer/dryer
- Heating is underfloor rather than radiators
- Water is softened
- There is a 2nd floor (we're right next to it) and 9th floor garden in the building

Our preferences for occupant
- We would prefer a professional but student will be considered with proof of funds
