The room is available for up to one month, with move-in any time from 15th May 2026 and move-out by 1st July 2026 at the latest. Shorter stays within this window can be arranged.
Located just 5 minutes from Canning Town station, the apartment offers excellent transport links across London — including the Jubilee Line, DLR, and buses — and it's only two stops from London City Airport!
The room itself is very spacious, featuring a double bed, new bedside tables, a large wardrobe, and a work desk with chair (the wardrobe and bedside tables are black, as shown in the pictures). It's perfect for someone looking for a comfortable and quiet space.
Convenience is key here — there's a Sainsbury's right under the building, with Morrisons and Lidl just 2 minutes on foot, along with plenty of food options nearby.
Rent: £1,200 per month (all bills included), prorated based on your move-in date.
You'll also have access to:
> A common washroom (primarily for your own use, as we have our ensuite)
> A shared living room with a 65-inch TV
