A beautiful large double bedroom is available for short term rental from 16th September to early December in a fantastic new build high spec fully furnished 3 bed apartment, 2 mins from Canning Town station (Very good connectivity across London - Jubilee line and DLR and lot of buses and just two stops from London City Airport!). The room is quite large and recently refurbished with new bedside tables and a large wardrobe (black wardrobe and black bedside tables in the pic) and a work desk and chair already provided for.

There is a Sainsbury right under the building and Morrisons at 2-3 minutes walk with lots of food options around.

The rent for this period will be 1250£ per month inclusive of all bills and will be adjusted prorated

The building has a concierge which accepts non-food deliveries and a rooftop garden and also a smaller patio garden. You will have access to a common washroom (not ensuite, but mostly used by you) and access to the living room (shared space) which has a 65 inch TV. There is also a fully-equipped closed door kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you will ever need (Air-fryer/coffee machine/dishwasher/Microwave/oven). The apartment also has a very nice balcony overlooking the patio garden with canary wharf views

We are a young married Indian couple, both working professionals who have the two other rooms to ourselves so it will just be 3 people in total. We are very hygienic, clean and accommodating and do not really like partying at home so the house is mostly a quiet space. We do enjoy movies, occasional drink and conversations.
