Hi, I’m PJ, I’m a 25 year old professional working as an HR Manager in East London and I am looking for a fellow young professional to join me in my 2 bed flat in Canning Town.

My current flatmate is moving out with his girlfriend at the end of July and I am remaining in the flat.

The flat is rented through Fizzy Living who have exclusive features including on-site property management, a co-working suite, residents lounge and gym (all included in the rent).

Flat is currently fully furnished with a shared living space and it also has a balcony. There is a washing machine & tumble dryer plus a fully kitted out kitchen.

Excellent location in Canning Town - the underground station is 190 yards away offering the Jubilee Line and the DLR with amazing accessibility into central. There is a Sainsbury’s Local, Morrisons, Gym Group etc all within walking distance.

Costs:
£800 deposit

Rent is £1,220 pm, this includes £40 of utility charges (heating/hot water)
Bills come to an additional c.£135 pm (water/council tax/electricity)
Must be earning at least £38,900 to pass referencing.

The minimum stay is 12 months (to the end of July 2025).

You will have dedicated use of the main bathroom pictured in the ad, as I am in the en-suite bedroom.

I am busy during the week with work and tend to go to the office 3-4 days and WFH 1-2 days. In my spare time, I like to explore London, go to the pub and exercise, and I am ideally looking for someone who is up for socialising, easy-going to live with, respectful of privacy and tidy.
