I’m on the lookout for a fun, outgoing, and clean flatmate to join me in my spacious, modern apartment located close to canary wharf. Here’s a bit about me and what I’m looking for:

About Me:
-Profession: I work in finance in Canary Wharf. My job keeps me busy during the week, but I love to unwind and make the most of my free time.
- Lifestyle: I’m a sociable person who enjoys meeting new people and meeting friends. Whether it’s checking out new restaurants, hitting up local pubs, or enjoying events, I’m always up for some fun. I also value my downtime and enjoy a good Netflix binge or a quiet evening with a book.
- Cleanliness: I keep the apartment tidy and organized and appreciate living in a clean environment.

About You:
- Personality: You’re fun and outgoing, someone who enjoys socializing and having a laugh. It would be great if you’re open to sharing the occasional meal or drink.
- Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a must! I’m looking for someone who respects shared spaces and contributes to keeping the apartment neat and tidy.

The Apartment:
- Location: Argo Apartment: Situated in Canning town (just opposite the station), with excellent transport links (Jubilee line and DLR), supermarket, and amenities just a stone’s throw away. 5 mins to canary wharf and 10 mins to london bridge.
- Amenities: The building has a gym, concierge, co-working space, meeting rooms, library, games room and a roof terrace.
- Features: The flat is modern and fully furnished with a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony.
- Your Room: You’ll have a large, bright bedroom with ample storage space and access to your own bathroom.

Rent and Details:
- Rent: £1500 per month (bills included)
- Availability: The room is available from August.
