I’m looking for someone (female) to share the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat I currently live in. My flatmate is moving out in mid-August, so the new contract would start then.
The apartment is just opposite the Canning Town station (Jubilee Line and DLR) so it is super convenient!
There are also many shops around which are about 1-3 mins walking distance (such as Morissons, Superdrug, Tian Tian Supermarket).
You would get a double bedroom which comes with a built-in wardrobe, Chester drawers and two bedside tables.
You would also get your own detached bathroom, which is the biggest bathroom having a tub.
Monthly bills per person:
- Rent £1300
- Bills £250 (£150 being council tax) but can fluctuate depending on usage
Amenities included:
- Gym and studio
- Guest suite (can be booked per night for our guests)
- Dining room (can be booked for hosting events)

Background checks will be performed by the landlord so I’m looking for a professional that would be able to afford the rent and bills.
