Double room in a 2 Bed 2 Bath flat

Hi there, I’m Korina:)
My current flatmate is moving back home , so her room/bath is now available.

A bit about me: I’m 32 years old , originally from Greece and I have been in the UK for 8 years now. I work as a product manager in the banking sector but I prefer to work from home most of the days. However that’s irrelevant to you because I’m working from my room, so as long as you don’t play drums throughout the day, we’ll be fine 😁
Very very important to me: treat the flat as a home, meaning care about tidiness , keeping it as clean as possible :)

A bit about the flat
I moved to east London , specifically to this flat , last summer and up until today I have absolutely nothing negative to comment about the flat , that’s why I want to stay after all. It’s ideal for 2 professionals, because we both have our privacy ( due to the design of the flat and the fact that each of us has their own bathroom ). The flat is warm due to new windows , thus good insulation and bright as well so we didn’t turn on the heat throughout the whole winter. It has a balcony and your room has its own balcony as well. It’s on the tenth floor and the building has 2 lifts and a concierge:)
Council tax is £153 per month and all bills together are around £150 per month.
Canning Town tube station had Jubilee line and DLR - the flat is 8 minutes from the station.

As an FYI, the person who will move in will essentially sign the contract with me to rent the whole property.
In other words, the two of us renting the whole flat , not each room :) The contract is for a year. Not my property by the way. The owners are very easy going and they used to live in the flat , so everything is new and well maintained.
