We are looking for tenants for house share in our 3 bedroom ground floor maisonette.

Located in zone 2, this property is 9 minutes walk from Canning Town station where you have Jubilee Line, DLR and buses providing the best communal routes. Nearest bus station is 2 min walk (Bus numbers 69, 5, 115, 300, 330). Westham station is 20 mins walk or 8 mins by bus from where you can have District Line, Hammersmith and City Line, Jubilee Line, DLR and C2C rail.

The rooms are furnished with beds and cupboards. There is one toilet on the ground floor and 1 family bathroom on the first floor.

Bills not included and will be shared among all the tenants (estimated at 50-60 per month, depends on usage).

The Rooms will be available from 1st August 2024, Viewings will be scheduled end of July. People will ASAP move in date will be preferred. One Month rent and one Month deposit in advance will be required.
