A cozy small double room is available in our 4 person household to join the tenancy renewal in early September.

8 minute walk to Canning Town station (jubilee and DLR lines) and a 7 minute walk to Star Lane DLR station with connections from West Ham and Stratford (both under 10 minutes away by tube) to other TfL lines - great connections to the rest of London! There is also allocated parking however it requires a permit from Newham council.

Perfect for both students and professionals with the contract starting September 6th. The house has a front and back garden and is right next to Star Park so there is plenty of outdoor space.

The current flatmates are Andi (21) who works in architecture, Petra (27) who works in software development and Mark (24) who works in retail. We are all LGBTQ and two of us are POC so we encourage LGBTQ and POC to enquire. We are ideally looking for someone around our age who is clean and respectful of other people's boundaries.

The available room is a small double. It comes unfurnished except for the bed and mattress.

Unfortunately our agency does not accept couples or housing benefit. The household is not step free as there is a step to enter the house and a flight of stairs to access the main upstairs bathroom. Students are accepted.
