We're looking for somebody to take over our flatmate's share of the lease for a double room located in Canning Town (E16) - a 4-minute walk to the station with excellent connections on the DLR and Jubilee Line.

The double bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom (toilet and shower) in an amazing 2-floor penthouse flat, the biggest room in the flat with 2 wide wardrobes and a big balcony.

The room comes with a double bed and mattress and is otherwise unfurnished. The flat has a generous and very bright living room (huge windows!), modern kitchen, washing machine and a huge rooftop terrace - exclusive to the flat.

The apartment is very modern so keeps the heat during the winter and receives a lot of sun throughout the day.

Your room will be on the second floor, which even has your secondary entrance straight to the staircase leading to the lifts.

Internet, other bills and council tax are in addition to the stated rent, around £100-£200/month.
