We're looking for somebody to take over our flatmate's share of the lease for a double room located in Canning Town (E16) - a 4-minute walk to the station with excellent connections on the DLR and Jubilee Line.
The double bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom (toilet and shower) in an amazing 2-floor penthouse flat; the biggest room in the flat with 2 wide wardrobes and a big balcony.
The room comes with a double bed and a mattress and is otherwise unfurnished. This specific room stays cooler during the summer but warmer in the winter.
The flat is around 130 square metres
- has a generous and very bright living room (huge windows)
- huge rooftop terrace, exclusive to the flat
- dishwasher
- washing machine
Additionally, the flat is very modern, so it retains heat in winter and receives a lot of sunlight throughout the day.
Your room will be on the second floor, which even has your secondary entrance straight to the staircase leading to the lifts.
Internet, other bills and council tax are in addition to the stated rent, around £100-£200/month.
