Looking for someone to take over my share of the lease for a double room in Canning Town (E16), a 4-minute walk from the station with excellent DLR and Jubilee Line connections.

- it has a private entrance to the terrace
- It comes with a double bed and a mattress and is otherwise unfurnished
- it's located on the first floor of the flat (12th floor); the other 2 bedrooms are on the 13th floor

About the flat:
- flat is around 120 sq metres
- has a generous and very bright living room (huge windows)
- huge rooftop terrace (12th floor), exclusive to the flat only
- dishwasher
- washing machine
- the flat is very modern, so it retains heat in winter and receives a lot of sunlight throughout the day
- internet, other bills and council tax are in addition to the stated rent, around £100-£200/month
