Double en-suite room

Moving out and looking for someone to replace my lease. It’s a two bed flat with one male (age 29) staying. The flat has two beds and two bathrooms, a big living room and open plan kitchen that looks onto the court yard and balcony. Room has built in cupboards, a desk, two bedside tables, double bed and en-suite, it’s a nice big size enough for me to put in a chest of draws and desk as well.

Bills are not included but I would say they come to about c150 per month for everything including WiFi. 5mins walk from Canning Town Station which has both DLR and jubilee line as well as a bus station. Morrisons, Tian Tian and Superdrug shops and others are a 3min walk.
