My room in a 2-bed, 2-bathroom flat in Canning Town E16 will be available from January 16/17th as I will be relocating abroad.
The room is ensuite, furnished with a king-sized bed, 2 bedside tables, a dresser, and mirrored wardrobes. The flat has great amenities: good transport links, free WiFi, 24/7 gym, concierge, co-working space, dining room, roof terrace, and resident's lounge; all included in the rent.
There is a large lounge room and dining area which backs onto a lovely big balcony. The flat is a new build - we’re the first people to live here, so everything still feels very new and we have kept it in really good condition.
You will be sharing the flat with a lovely girl, who is in her mid twenties and works full time. We are looking for someone really clean and tidy to move in that really values a calm and relaxing space to come home to!
Transport Links: 2-minute walk to Canning Town station (Jubilee Line) and bus stops.
Pricing: £1270 pcm, bills not inclusive. Bills usually work out to be around £150 -£180 pcm (depending on usage). The deposit is a month’s rent.
Contract and Referencing: Lease runs until September 2025, with possible renewal.
The landlord would need to carry out reference checks for affordability (~£37-38k annual income) or a UK-based guarantor if income threshold isn’t met.
