Property:
1 furnished double room in a 3-bed house with less than 5 mins walk to tube. The room is furnished with a bed, a firm Silentnight mattress, 2 double wardrobe, 1 storage closet, desk (for WFH) and chair. This room will share the bathroom with 1 other lady (the 3rd room has her own ensuite).

The property comprises of a large kitchen with dining area, with washing machine, microwave, kettle etc. The lounge is very spacious, with a L-shape sofa, coffee table and TV stand. The tenants will also have access to a large garden with sheds. This also means garden maintenance is required and shared.

One of the ladies has a dog (Parker) - who is well behaved and lives in the lounge.

Rent includes – council tax, water, super-fast fibre optic internet and monthly cleaning. Most utilities bills are included except electricity and gas bills (which is split equally a month - £20-100 a month pp, currently payable to the owner). Please note TV licence is not included.

Current housemates:
You will share the house with 2 ladies (and 1 dog). They are super friendly and clean. Everyone respect each other and gel very well. The current lady who is leaving is moving in with her boyfriend.

3 mins WALK from Royal Victoria (DLR)/ 8 mins walk from Custom House (Elizabeth)
10 mins WALK from Canning Town station – Jubilee and DLR)
Tube to Canary Wharf (10 mins), Stratford (10 mins), the City (18 mins) and Waterloo (20 mins).

Amenities:
Bars, restaurants and supermarket is only a stone throw away in the Royal Docks. Great for running along the river too!

It is also around 10 mins walk to Canning Town for big Morrison, take aways and shops.

Looking for professionals who are tidy, easy going with no dramas. Also won't mind taking care of the garden. Single occupancy only.

Place is available from 31/5/26 (date is flexible).

Rent is £900/ calendar month.
