The room is available from the 19th October, though we may be able to be flexible on start dates (incl. earlier). The flat has two bathrooms, and one of them would be your private bathroom. The listed price is for the non ensuite room, though I would be willing to switch rooms if someone wants to take the en-suite, just get in touch and we can chat.
Internet is included and fast, all utilities are modern and well maintained as the building was only opened last year.
I am a 31 year old male software engineer, working from home most days and happy to have a housemate who also works from home. Looking for someone who is clean and respectful, and easy to get along with.
