The flat is on the fourth floor, accessible by both stairs and a lift. The building offers secure on-site parking for both bikes and cars, and there are individual mailboxes located in the lobby. The building also has a warm and friendly community atmosphere.

While we unfortunately need to end our tenancy early, Foxtons (who manage the property) are fully supportive of a tenant takeover. Our landlady, Joanna, has been incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay, and Foxtons has been equally helpful in managing the property.
