Hi I have 3 rooms available in my house. I am an easy going Buddhist male non-smoker into psychology and IT

One room is a double room leading to a single room which could accommodate two people. Two people rate would be £1400 whilst the single person rate would be £1200

The other rooms are double rooms which are being advertised for 225 per week including bills.

The property has a downstairs bathroom and toilet which are separate. The kitchen bathroom and toilet have recently been refurbished to a high standard.

I am looking for easy going lodgers who are friendly, clean, considerate and quiet. Professionals and students are welcome.
