The rooms available are located on the ground floor and both have double beds. The rent will be £800 per month including bills for each room which are offered on a sole occupancy basis.

The property has a downstairs bathroom and toilet which are separate. The kitchen bathroom and toilet have recently been refurbished to a high standard. Lastly the property benefits from high speed broadband which is included with the rent.

I am looking for easy going lodgers who are friendly, clean, considerate and quiet. Professionals and students are welcome.
