The accommodation is 10-15 minutes by walk from Canning town station with access to the jubilee line which runs at very convenient timings and the DLR.
The nearest bus stop is a couple of minutes away. The house is situated in a residential locality with schools and old age homes nearby, making living quieter and safe.
The current flatmates are all working professionals and are wonderful people, keeping the house clean and tidy.
The water bill and council tax is included in the rent. However, a mere contribution of £20 - £25 is required per head for the gas and electricity.
