Hi all!

My roommate unfortunately has to move back home and the renewal for the flat is coming up (rate confirm price shown is price).

Really don’t want to lose this flat, it’s in a great location. 7 minute walk from Canning Town station (Jubilee line + DLR)

The building is two years old we are the only people who have lived in this flat and have taken care of it. I would love for someone to move in and we can have this as a home.

The bedroom is large for wardrobe, desk, tv and double bed! My roommate works from home and has no issues with the space.

I have an en-suite and never use the other bathroom so this bathroom is completely yours to use and decorate!

My flatmate is also open to selling current furniture if needed so helps keep things simple.

Living room/kitchen stuff is mine so all will stay here including the 65” OLED tv + PS5 (great for movie nights)

The building comes with its own communal work space + gym only available to residents of the building. The building also has a building manager who is here Monday to Friday 9-5 and a 24 hour emergency line if ever needed.

Location feels safe and also has a Morrison, Sainsbury’s and Tesco nearby or a quick tube and you can have a Waitrose. Small bakery, coffee shops, bars/breweries nearby as well!

I really would hate to lose this place and would love to find someone who wants to make a home here with me. I’m clean, easy going, like to cook (happy to share) and happy to have chilled evenings together but also completely respect the need for space.
