Looking for someone to take over my spacious double room in a beautiful, well-connected apartment as I'm moving out to buy a house.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe, plus you’ll have your own private bathroom and a balcony that overlooks the communal garden, perfect for catching the morning sun. The living room also has its own balcony with a similar view, and there's a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and double fridge freezer, and plenty of storage.

The development itself offers some fantastic amenities, including a concierge, private security, a pool, sauna, steam room, and even free workout classes. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute walk to West Silvertown DLR, 10 minutes to the Jubilee Line, and 5 minutes to the Uber Boat at Royal Wharf Pier.

There are daily food stalls, as well as a monthly food market. On site, we have a Starbucks, a nail salon, a hair salon, a pharmacy, a Sainsbury's, a pub, an independent café, an Asian supermarket, two bubble tea places, and a handful of restaurants. It is also right next to the Thames Barrier Park. It's an incredibly safe and family friendly neighbourhood.

Rent is £1000 per month, with bills ranging from £100 to £200, and we barely need to use heating during winter.

You’ll be sharing with one flatmate who works from the office two days a week and is usually out and about, meaning you’ll have the flat mostly to yourself.

Minimum income requirement is £45,000 (proven by payslips and contract), or you can have a guarantor who meets the requirement.
