We have a very nice south and west facing room available immediately.
It is in a 2 bedroom apartment with private bathroom (not ensuite) very near to Canning Town station (2 mins walk).

You will share the apartment with 1 house mate (28M) who has the ensuite bedroom and works in tech. The apartment comes with a large living room and a kitchen furnished with all necessities. There is also a storage room if required.
We have our own roomba which we use for cleaning the apartment regularly. His name is Robbie and he can very sensitive. :D
Bills (Gas, Water, Internet, Council etc.) are included in the rent.

The room is available immediately for 2 months. There is a possibility to extend beyond that too.

The apartment is in a safe location with excellent connectivity to central London via tube (Jubilee line, DLR) and bus (Canning Town terminus).
It is close to great variety of shops, restaurants, and transport links. There is a Sainsbury local (1 min walk), a Morrisons (5 mins walk), a bakery and a pub just below the apartment.
The property is a modern recently built apartment complex.
Amenities include 24 hrs. concierge, parcel locker room, bike storage, open terrace, and community space for co working.
