Hi there,

Jacqueline and I (Riya) are looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate to share our beautiful waterfront home. We’re both in our early 30s, originally from South Korea and India, and met during business school at Oxford.

The Flat (Council Tax Band: G)

This modern, light-filled flat has everything you need for a cozy yet luxurious living experience:

- Stunning Views: A gorgeous waterfront view you can enjoy from the balcony.
- Your Room: Spacious ensuite with huge built-in closets, a shower cubicle, and large cupboards.
- The bedroom picture is the 2nd bedroom, your room is a lot bigger and better (refer to the floormap)
- Amenities: 24/7 concierge service that handles parcels, a resident gym (no extra cost!), and a swimming pool and sauna just a short walk away.
- Connectivity: Excellent transport links via Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line, and DLR, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to welcome a working professional (female, late 20s to late 30s) who has experience living alone or with others. Ideally, you’re someone who is respectful, non-smoking, and looking for a home to move into on 1st December for a 2-year lease with a 1-year break clause.

House Rules

We aim to maintain a balance of friendliness and boundaries.

- Quiet hours after 10 PM – no loud music or noise.
- Guests are welcome as long as they are primarily in your room, use your bathroom, and are respectful of the primary occupants’ need for space and privacy.
- We’re not vegetarians but use separate cutlery and bowls.

We’re now enjoying life in London, sharing interests like running, cooking, bouldering, exploring folk music from around the world, and taking architectural heritage tours. While we occasionally throw a party, we prioritize being respectful and keeping a calm and comfortable environment. We hope to create a warm and welcoming home where we can share occasional dinners, chat over tea, and relax together on weekends. At the same time, we value clear communication and respecting each other’s personal time and boundaries.
