20th floor new furnished room

Hello!

We are looking for a 3rd flatmate for our 3 bed 2 bath property right next to Canning Town station. It is on the 20th floor with stunning views of the Thames and the Shard. Canning Town station is right below the property entrance and we have a lot of shops and eateries nearby.

Our property has a 24x7 concierge, gym, study and work space, table tennis and other facilities. The property is a new build, not more than 2 years old so the fittings are absolutely new and the flat is well insulated meaning bills will be minimal.

Your washroom is located right opposite to your room. You would be sharing the washroom only with 1 flatmate who is extremely clean.

We are 2 warm and welcoming Indian professionals and are looking for a female professional who is a relaxed and fun person too. We respect one another's privacy but are also happy to hang around if you would like some company.
