👩💼 About Your Future Flatmate
I’m a 29-year-old designer with a full-time job. My routine is steady (7:30 AM–11:30 PM), and I’m an INTJ Sagittarius. I enjoy outdoor activities, hiking, yoga, playing Switch games, cooking, growing plants, and playing drums. I work from home most of the time, go to the office once or twice a week, and hit the gym after work. Occasionally, I’ll cook and invite a few friends (3–4 people) over. For larger gatherings (10+ people, e. g., holiday parties), I’ll discuss it with you first to decide if we’ll host it together.
🌠What I’m Looking for in a Flatmate
Lifestyle Habits
You’re clean and respectful of shared spaces. While I’m not a clean freak, I’d like to keep communal areas like the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom tidy for mutual convenience.
The two bedrooms are decently soundproof, so even if you’re a night owl or enjoy movies, we likely won’t disturb each other as long as the noise is reasonable.
Social Life and Shared Spaces
I’m okay with you bringing friends or your partner over or hosting small gatherings, as long as we communicate beforehand and guests respect the shared spaces.
I love sharing life experiences! Whether it’s food, workouts, exhibitions, drinks, or trying new restaurants, I hope we can enjoy some time together. My previous flatmates and I often watched movies, played board games, danced, or visited exhibitions together.
Friendly Co-living
I’m looking for a flatmate who’s a friend, not just a co-tenant.
I understand that everyone has their own habits and boundaries, and occasional friction is normal. I hope we can communicate openly about our preferences from the start and address any issues positively as they arise.
If you have specific habits or needs, feel free to share them with me, and we can discuss how to make it work.
If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out! I’m excited to find a flatmate who’ll share a stable and enjoyable home with me. 😊
