I'm offering a feels-like home space in Canning Town 20 min to Canary Wharf and 35-40 mins to Bank and Liverpool Street. Perfect room for professional lodger male or female 35-50 looking for a Monday to Friday, preferably for approx for 2 or 3 nights per week, other details to be discussed. This is to be discussed based on your office policy. We may discuss some weekends options.

The price is flexible as it depends on the number of nights. Payment is 3 nights per week minimum for you and me to have a monthly guarantee. 750 per month min with bills included.
I am offering a double-size bedroom with TV, wardrobe, and shared bathroom in my home - a spacious modern apartment located in a quiet and secure development with panoramic views overlooking Canary Wharf and the Excel, O2 Arena.
With Canning Town or Custom House DLR, Jubilee or Elizabeth lines an easy 10-15 min walk away, this arrangement would likely suit someone working in the City (30min) or Canary Wharf (20min).
The space:
-Modern bedroom with a double size bed, TV and wardrobe.
-Shared bathroom with toiletries. The flat has 2 bathrooms, so we can agree that you will use one privately while it is rented to you. Happy to share the details during the visit.
-Fresh bedding and towels provided.
-Bi-weekly cleaning.
-Full access to an open-plan modern living room with Smart TV and equipped kitchen.
-Panoramic balcony.
-Wi-Fi and 5G broadband.
- Minimum rental is from three months and long term.
There will be the option to extend on some weekends if you wish.
The apartment is shared solely with me. I keep it peaceful and relaxed at home, and I take pride in keeping the place clean and tidy. I'm easy going, and respectful of others’ space. Looking for someone of a similar nature.
