Description
I am currently seeking a new flatmate after my previous flatmate decided to move out.
**About the Room and Flat:**
The room is well-maintained, clean, and spacious, located in a quiet area that faces a communal garden. It can be furnished or left unfurnished. You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and storage room only with me.
There is no living room.
**Location:**
Canning Town, East London
The flat is approximately a 10-minute walk from Canning Town tube station (Jubilee Line, DLR, and buses) and about 6 minutes from Star Lane DLR station. Star Lane Park is nearby, and you’ll find Lidl, Morrisons, Savers, and other shops within a 5 to 10-minute walking distance.
**Rent:**
The rent is £640 per month, plus bills (water, gas, electricity, Vodafone, and council tax, around £150, depending on the gas and electricity consumption, especially in winter).
One month's rent deposit is required.
The agency will conduct all necessary checks and handle the tenancy agreements.
Unfortunately, they don't accept students, and you must be employed.
