Hello! 👋🏼 I’m looking for 2 new housemates to move into the double rooms available in a lovely new-build apartment in East London, as current housemates are moving out in February/ March (sadly).
The apartment is just a 3-minute walk to Canning Town Station, making it super convenient for commuting – just two stops from Canary Wharf 🚊. There are also supermarkets, gyms, and all the essentials right on your doorstep.
🏠 ABOUT THE APARTMENT
- Spacious three-bedroom apartment in a brand-new building.
- Modern amenities include a yoga studio, co-working space, entertainment/ TV room, concierge service and bike storage
- Large open-plan kitchen/living area with all new furnishings
🛏 THE ROOMS
- Both double bedrooms.
- Room 2 (smaller room) has direct access to the balcony.
- Brand new furniture and mattress.
- You’ll be sharing a bathroom with the other housemate (not me as I have my own en-suite).
🧾 ROOM RATES
- Room 1: £1,150 for the larger room.
- Room 2: £1,000 for the smaller room.
- Bills not included – split equally between the three of us approx. £120-140 each p/m

- A little about me: I’m a friendly and easy-going professional who works from home. I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, catching up with friends on weekends, and traveling when I can ☀️
- It’s a clean and peaceful home: so I’m looking for like-minded housemates who are tidy and considerate. Ideally, you’ll treat the apartment like your own and help keep it a cozy, welcoming place 😊 🏡
- Preferably, I’d love to live with people who are more than just housemates – who can enjoy the occasional evening watching our favourite TV shows together but also respect each other’s space and routines ☕️
📝 OTHER DETAILS
This is my home, so there won’t be a formal tenancy contract as I’m simply subletting the rooms. This means no agency fees and a bit more flexibility – whether you’re looking for a short- or long-term stay, we can discuss what works best.
- Deposit: Five weeks’ rent.
- Rent: Plus one month’s rent paid in advance.
- No couples or pets, sorry!
